General Civil/Business Litigation
I handle the full spectrum of civil litigation, whether you have a breach of contract matter, a real estate dispute, a partnership dissolution, a commercial unlawful detainer, or most any other type of case.
Complex Family Law
I have significant experience in aggressively litigated divorces with large amounts of property and income. I generally limit my family law practice to high asset/high earner cases or other complex cases, as well as preparing the occasional prenuptial agreement.
Trusts and Estates Litigation
I also handle matters arising under the law of wills and trusts, such as 850 petitions, petitions for instructions, petitions for removal, will contests, and similar matters.
I am pleased to recommend the following providers of outstanding quality service for a range of professional needs other than law.
Michael T. Watters, my brother, provides computer programming services to a variety of satisfied clients including physicians with imaging needs.
Timothy T. Watters, my cousin, is a genius oil painter and digital artist.
Andy Collis is a concept artist who did my courtroom scene on the welcome page here. He's really talented and really modest about it.
King Star Computer, an expert systems integrator that specializes in rackmount servers.
Ahern Insurance Brokerage hooked me up with a great policy and great service when I was starting my practice.
Boardwalk Nissan, specifically Jason Manown in the GT-R service department. Jason provides top-quality service for GT-R owners.
Silicon Valley Capital Club provides the best business lunch I've ever seen, and occupies the top floor of the Knight-Ridder building in downtown San Jose. I'm a former member from 2011-2012 and recommend their Michelin-rated chef for lunch and dinner.
